Join item 6: no compiled program in the tree, and the health count written down

A8's CAT-RD4 and CAT-RD8 committed the mesh-conditions and minio binaries
(checks/nobinaries): removed and ignored. The long-running resources without health fell
to 57 in the joined tree (checks/health ratchet).
