jochen	774f18afcf	claude-code: an ask taken after its refusal is still answered; the wait is bounded (issue 370 review) ... A refusal heard on the decided subject is kept as heard, and a record of a person's choice found later is still taken, so an ask the router's queue offered again is not lost in silence. jochen	aafda6e870	claude-code: leave the judging of a proposal's channel to the router, and hear its refusal (hq ADR 0274) ... A module that only asks is issued no channel kinds, so the empty list was read as 'no channel proves its sender' and every proposal was refused on the live mesh with Telegram linked. The router judges; Propose waits for its word, and a refusal heard on the decided subject discards the proposal on every node.	2026-10-10 13:04:17 +02:00

jochen	490f76e234	claude-code: hold the review's findings on proposed instructions (hq ADR 0274) ... An @ after any whitespace or punctuation, invisible and control characters, and top headings are refused; every node judges a proposal record as the module would have made it before applying an approval, never applies one older than its section's last change, never takes an unreadable record for an empty one, and keys a node section by its nodes. jochen	74e1be97ab	claude-code: an agent proposes a shared instruction section, and every node takes it only on the operator's warrant (hq ADR 0274) ... Shared instructions were the terminal's alone since hq issue 340, because the tool runner cannot tell an agent from the operator. The operator channel now proves who answered, so an agent may propose a section; each node proves the router's warrant against the exact text itself and keeps what it approved in its own file, so nothing written to the bus becomes active.	2026-10-10 03:40:48 +02:00
