dnsmasq: restart on the mesh hosts region, which it reads only at start #241

Rollout of hq ADR 0191: the controller stopped publishing public names and every node's /etc/hosts region is correct, but dnsmasq reads /etc/hosts only at start, so every resolver still answers mail.novox.be with 10.10.0.1.

  • service restart-on gains mesh-wireguard.fact-node-names (a missing id is simply never changed, so a node without that module is unaffected).
  • dnsmasq.conf gains a comment saying why — which also changes the config and restarts dnsmasq once on every node, applying the fix now.

mesh-controller main go test ./internal/catalogue/ passes with this beside it.

The names region of /etc/hosts is written by mesh-wireguard and dnsmasq answers from it, but read
it once at start: after the mesh stopped publishing public names (hq ADR 0191) every machine's
hosts file was right and every resolver still answered mail.novox.be with a tunnel address. The
config comment that says so changes the file, which restarts dnsmasq once everywhere.
