Betterbird leaves the catalogue: the operator removed it from both desktops (issue 806) #462

Fixes issue 806's last step: the operator chose on Telegram (2026-10-23 14:56) to remove Betterbird now; it was unassigned from both desktops and both applied it. The module now leaves the catalogue, so R4e's acceptance census no longer counts its failing build (the Owl add-on's changed pin is moot).

modules/betterbird deleted whole (it held no seat; nothing requires it).
mesh-issues: the owner "mesh-catalog modules/betterbird" removed from the allowed located-in values (module.json, files/settings.json).
checks/config: betterbird removed from the seed map.
Kept as test data only: fixtures and comments in checks/mailstore, xorg, mesh-build-go, mesh-mail-notifier, mesh-config testdata.

Unit tests pass in checks/config and modules/mesh-issues; mesh-controller's untagged unit suite passes with MESH_CHECK_BESIDE naming this branch. Its try is held behind the stuck delivery plan of mesh-delivery #26.
