Found while preparing Phase 1 of the mailu upgrade (MAILU-CUTOVER.md): 2024.06's PORTS defaults to 25,80,443,465,993,995,4190 — submission on 587 among the closed, which is what every client of this server (and the smtp provision's consumers) uses. The manifest's mailu.env now states the same parity decision its listens already declare.
