The hand-written seed predates automx2's prio column — every config-v1.1.xml request 500'd against a table the seed had just made. Comparing against the predecessor showed its database had the same gap: client autoconfiguration has been silently broken on the old stack for a long time, behind a root page answering 200. The live db gained the column by ALTER (autoconfig XML now serves, verified); a fresh mesh now seeds it right.
