The trail's id is now the event's own x-event-id — the handle a reader dedups the at-least-once stream on — instead of the type@time placeholder the first cut used while headers didn't exist yet. Carries causationId / schema through when present.

Depends on the sdk change (Event.id / headers). Handler test 1/1; manifest still parses (consumes: ["#"]).

Part of the ADR-0047 alignment across mesh-sdk / mesh-tools / mesh-catalog.
