Adds unifi_list_networks (id, name, purpose, subnet, DHCP on/off, the DNS servers DHCP hands out) and unifi_set_network_dns (up to four addresses, or gateway). Client gains listNetworks/updateNetwork against rest/networkconf. Found when the home network's DNS had to be pointed at the gateway and back while the home-server's DNS was fixed. Type-checks clean (tsc --strict against mesh-sdk source).

Which DNS server the home network's DHCP hands out could be changed only
in the controller's own interface or by hand against its API (novox/hq
issue 198).
