Removes modules/mesh-console. The console was a container per node built on the runtime image, calling everything and serving nothing; node-tools (the runtime as a module, in the mesh-tools repository, mesh-tools #31) answers MCP on the same loopback port from the process that serves every module's tools.

Do not merge until node-tools is assigned where mesh-console was on every machine and tools/list answers on each loopback — the live step of WP3, in progress. After merge: module forget mesh-console in the catalogue.
