Reverts the merge of #277 (4d15a155), for issue 640.

The operator: "I don't like what you did, i don't want 'special' handling for any of the betterbird config. You should've just set 1 config value for betterbird, applied to all assignments (shanks + g14), that's it"

The fix for issue 640 is the approved settings layer, proposal s09bf8c99da7ac8b9 (calendar.alarms.showmissed: false), pushed to g14 and shanks.

This is git revert -m 1 4d15a155 and nothing else: modules/betterbird is byte-for-byte what it was before #277 (no diff against 5f491e0). The betterbird tests pass.

Reverts the merge of #277 (4d15a155), for issue 640. The operator: "I don't like what you did, i don't want 'special' handling for any of the betterbird config.   1. Pure revert, nothing else. The PR diff touches six files, all under modules/betterbird: README.md, cmd/betterbird-tools/{betterbird.go, config_test.go, install.go, install_test.go}, install/distribution/policies.json. It is the exact inverse of #277's diff, and every file returns to its pre-#277 blob (5f491e0c): README 4e2a2acd, betterbird.go a76148e3, config_test.go c92a7288, install.go e9826e07, install_test.go ffbb2884, policies.json 4edb6abe. Compare 5f491e0c..f1f86605 holds only 73404a3c, the #277 merge 4d15a155 and this revert, so modules/betterbird ends byte-identical to main before #277.

  2.
