docker.io/minio/minio now denies anonymous pulls, which blocks raising minio in the lab (the minio-grant / s3-rotation bed fails on pull access denied) and the object-store data-cutover. quay.io serves the same digest anonymously, so this is a registry change only — no image change.

Was an uncommitted working-tree edit in the mesh-catalog checkout; committed and landed on its own so the fix isn't lost. (The two stale local feat/convert-* branches were found to be superseded regressions and deliberately not included.)
