Revert of mesh-catalog #438 (merge b7b9f2a3), for issue 1830.

Why: since #438 merged at 11:49:59, novox cannot be resolved: nothing provides document-server, which nextcloud now requires. With novox unresolved the controller cannot compute the private network ("this mesh has no hub, so there is no path between sites"), so the urgent condition mesh.private-network.uncomposable has been open since 11:52:19: no machine can get new instructions, and every delivery is held. #438's own plan (plan-1792662602048993731) has been held for over an hour. The condition itself offers undoing the last catalogue change; the session that made it (fix-1830@g14) has not answered since 11:36.

What it does: git revert -m 1 b7b9f2a3: modules/nextcloud and modules/only-office are byte for byte as they were at 529c156f, the main that was delivered and ran before #438. OnlyOffice stays broken as it was this morning; issue 1830 goes back to its worker to redo the link so that the offer and the requirement resolve together.

Data: nothing of nextcloud's or only-office's data moves: #438 was never sent to novox, so the machines already run what this revert restores.
