Group feat/548-one-check with mesh-sdk and mesh-delivery, one Approve. ADR 0548 in mesh-delivery-gate: an approved merge writes a turn per repository before it is handed and holds while a running verdict of other heads names its repository, handed when that check ends; turns stand across a group until its last member merged; a merge held past 30 minutes is a stalled line; an approved delivery whose trunk moved merges on its carried verdict with no second ask; tools delivery_turns and delivery_hand_now (on the operator's word); show and deliveries say what a held merge waits for. The gitea module's test pins the carried line's trunk. While check-gates-merge is false the gate writes no turns (question to the operator). Try try-1793014526232338813 passed (a map-order race that handed a group's first member before its turns was found by a failed try and fixed in round 3).
