Delivery 1 of design 47's release (group fix/774-new-words-first). Pin-only: mesh-build-go, mesh-build-image and mesh-build-node pin mesh-sdk 78c9ec8 (main + parse-only commit); they parse each manifest they build. No code change. Unit and integration suites and all 22 checks pass at main's tree.
