Blocking fault, recovery of the registry delivery (issue 1966). #625's alias named serves port 5000, copied from the pre-milestone manifest. The running node-engines turn that port through the module's assigned ports; with the milestone's manifest that no longer gives 5100, where the store's container has published since 2026-10-04 (docker_ports on novox: 0.0.0.0:5100->5000). Since #625's take-in novox fetches from :5000 and is refused (node-engine journal 18:54), while the store's own log shows fetches on :5100 until 18:47:52. One number: 5000 -> 5100. Removed with the alias.

Quick vs thorough: quick (this alias only); thorough is 47/G's tier order (issue 1921 note 80).

Checked locally: checks/manifests passes. No review round: a one-number correction of a reviewed recovery, said here (rules-are-weighed); the operator's Approve is the gate.

mesh-catalog #625 offered artifact-store again with serves port 5000, copied from the manifest before the
registry milestone. The running node-engines turn that port through the ports the node assigned the module; with
the milestone's manifest the assignment no longer turns 5000 into 5100, where the store's container has published
since 2026-10-04 (docker_ports on novox: 0.0.0.0:5100->5000). Since #625 was taken in, novox fetches from :5000
and is refused (node-engine journal 18:54: connection refused), while the store's log shows fetches on :5100
until 18:47:52. The alias now names 5100. Removed with the alias once every node-engine runs the milestone's build.
