Caught live right after the broker credential landed: the runtime's fetch failed was the URL still naming 1.9's port 80; 2024.06's gunicorn listens on 8080.

1.9's admin served on 80; 2024.06's gunicorn listens on 8080, and the
runtime's fetch failed against the old port the moment the broker
credential let it try.
