Reads of the organisation's packages are anonymous and every write goes through the seats' verbs (design 51 *Publishing*, prepare Q4), so npm-package-registry is form none like go-package-registry: receives, grants, the consumers' data entry, the grants directory and the TypeScript pair provisioner with its teams go.
