jschoubben 4ee131e990 Let the controller ask an issued credential's tool in its own name, and seal it again over a remade pair (hq issue 526, ADR 0305)

The bus left the controller out of the caller-named grants, so issued could never reach plex's tool; the
controller is now granted exactly the tools of offers whose software issues the credential, composed from
the records, so the installer's first user list is unchanged. A pair remade on a key change or accepted by
hand kept the issued stamp and was never sealed again; those writes now clear it.

A token a media server got from its vendor reached its consumers only as a value the mesh minted, which
the server refused, or as a copy typed by hand. An offer may now say its software issues the credential;
the new issued verb carries no value and asks the provider's tool, in the controller's own name, for the
value sealed to one call, then seals it to every pair that does not hold it yet.

A periodic report about an identical earlier send names the same digest and
can arrive after a later send the machine never received, so the digest and
the time read it as applied. The digest-and-time rule stays for engines that
report no order. Tests now hold the digest condition and the sequence one.

The send record of issue 234 is now readable only through the controller's
verbs (issue 506), and only plan said it. status says per machine when it was
last sent a declaration, by whom, from which generation and what it answered;
node show says it in full with the refusal's words. A machine's answer is read
from its report only when that report is about the send and came after it.

A test that needs the store skips without one, and a skip passes unseen, so a
change's store tests could pass the check without ever running. Tests named in
testdata/store-tests must each run and pass, said by name.

jschoubben 72fde0ee1a Capture the SDK's conformance fixtures at the commit the node-engine's pin moved it to (hq issue 449's rule) 2026-10-11 11:30:16 +02:00
jschoubben 4632b6a508 Judge the SDK conformance fixtures against the SDK the controller pins, never a desktop's checkout (issue 449)
A check clones mesh-sdk beside the controller at the commit go.mod pins; elsewhere
the test reads a copy captured at that commit, held to go.mod. A missing clone fails
instead of skipping.

jschoubben eb72075104 Judge tests that read another repository against what the check clones, never the desktop's checkout (issue 432)
mesh/merge-gate pass: the change touches no module of the mesh's graph
mesh/repo-check pass: its merge-check.sh passed
mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request
Tests that read ../../../mesh-catalog or ../../../mesh-host gave a verdict
that depended on what sat beside the checkout: a stale or dirty sibling
failed them on a desktop, and a missing one skipped them unseen. They now
read the clone the build seat puts in MESH_CHECK_BESIDE, failing when it is
absent there, and elsewhere a copy captured at a named commit.

The skip had hidden that the builder test read a module retired by ADR 0190.
The systemd reading test no longer counts the machine's own environment.d.
