jochen d170491256 Keep the core over an older record instead of refusing the send (issue 201, review 90)
mesh/merge-gate out of date: judged against trunk f8daec01d3f0, the trunk is now ba685b17f5e1; judged again on a recheck or when it is merged
mesh/repo-check out of date: judged against trunk f8daec01d3f0, the trunk is now ba685b17f5e1; judged again on a recheck or when it is merged
mesh/delivery superseded: a newer head of the same pull request
Refusing the whole send wedged a machine whose gate put back the
controller and whose put-back send was refused: every later automatic
send there was refused, retried each tick, and held up every other walk.

A send now composes the controller and the node-engine at the build the
machine was last sent when the mesh's record is older, and carries the
rest; nothing is refused or retried, and a plan whose own build is the
older one ends with its gate superseded. A sent build that failed its
gate is never kept, so the next send completes a put-back. The condition
names the two ways out and clears on any send that carries the record,
a person's push included.

mesh/delivery-group group feat/341-a-merge-check-judges-the-merge merged: every member is merged
A head checked again through mesh-delivery reached the direct verdict with no
base head, so a head no build judges was answered with no trunk commit and the
merge tool would refuse it (novox/hq ADR 0323).

A change touching no module, in a repository with no merge-check.sh, was
answered by the controller with no trunk commit, so the merge tool refused it,
asked again and refused it for ever (novox/mesh-tools-go; novox/hq ADR 0323).

jschoubben 83a9cf6e3a Judge a pull request's head merged into its trunk, and name the trunk commit
A check judged the head alone, so two pull requests that each passed could
break the trunk together (node-engine #66 on 2026-10-09), and a recheck after
the trunk moved judged the same head again. The build seat now merges the head
into the trunk's head in its own clone, never pushed, fails a head that does not
merge cleanly naming the files, and the verdict names the head, the trunk
commit and the commits read beside it, for the forge and mesh-delivery to weigh
against the trunk's next move (novox/hq ADR 0323, issue 341).

mesh/delivery delivered
Every argument of plans that names a plan (id, wait, stop, close, retry,
go) is checked once where the call becomes a command line, against the
ids the mesh gives plans (plan-<digits>, release-<digits>), so a quote
from a caller never reaches a command or the store (review 75 on #266).

mesh/repo-check pass: its merge-check.sh passed

PlanByID pasted its id into the query, and the id comes from a caller of
the plans verb: an id holding a quote changed the query (x' or '1'='1
answered another plan). The id is now $1, and RecentPlans's limit too, so
no plan query is built from a value.
