This is ADR 0207's switch. status reported no unmet dependency on any node once systemd, pacman and docker were assigned to all four.

  • At composition, an unmet dependency that a catalogue module could meet is now refused, naming the holder to assign.
  • A dependency no module could meet stays a report, as assign already treats it: there is no remedy to name.

Tests are updated to the switched-on rule; the report-only behaviour is kept under test through a hook. The catalogue suite passes; cmd passes except the known TestTheResolverIsToldEveryMachine….

status reported no unmet dependency on any node once systemd, pacman and docker
were assigned to all four (to-be 42), which is the condition ADR 0207 set for the
switch. A dependency no catalogue module could meet stays a report before and
after the switch, as assign already said it: there is no remedy to name.
