What. A new node seat node-smb-server (internal/catalogue/smb.go), delivering nothing, with five verbs every holder serves: shares (r), sessions (r), test (r), reload (a) and adopt (a). adopt is a dry run unless its string switch confirm is "true". It keeps a dated copy of the hand-written configuration and refuses while a hand-written share has no counterpart in the settings. Each verb says what it replaces (testparm -s, smbstatus, smbclient -L, smbcontrol smbd reload-config, edit /etc/samba/smb.conf). node-nfs-server's exports description now names the local-network grant, and its adopt description says sharenfs is cleared only once the mesh's export covers every client the property exported to (ADR 0341 clause 10). The seat set grows from 41 to 42; SeedSeats adds the new row to a store that already has a set.

Why. ADR 0341 (accepted 2026-10-13): the home server's SMB share becomes a module's. The catalogue's smb-server module claims this seat.

Tests. internal/catalogue/smb_test.go: TestTheSMBServerIsANodeSeatWithItsVerbs, TestTheSMBAdoptIsADryRunUnlessConfirmed, TestAHolderOfTheSMBSeatServesEveryVerbAndNothingElse and TestTheNFSVerbsSayTheLocalNetworkGrant. All four fail on main: the seat does not exist, and the nfs descriptions do not say the grant. The seat count test was raised to 42. go test ./... passes locally without a store, and gofmt and vet are clean.

Order. Merge this before mesh-catalog's smb-server PR: the catalogue's check refuses a claim to a system seat the controller does not define.
after: issue 154 (ADR 0340's local-network source and reach). This PR does not depend on it, but nothing it serves opens a port before ADR 0340 is built.
