jschoubben	07b5f13474	mesh-delivery-indexer reads a registered module again once its repository becomes readable, and takes one in on ask (issue 1945) ... A registered module whose repository the forge answered 404 (car-hunter, snake, before the forge's account could read them) was read again only when the indexer started again or the controller wrote a new build record of it, so the grants part's composed user list stayed short of their subjects and the take-over was refused. A failed read now keeps the module as unread, read again on the next source revision and the next merged message (no timer of its own), and the new tool indexer_take_in (the tools bundle mesh-delivery-indexer-tools, through the indexer's takeins state, as the builder's builder_ask_again) takes one in now and answers what it stored or why not.	2026-10-26 14:01:34 +01:00

jschoubben	2d63f0ba62	Assigner: say the bus bar instead of skipping it silently, and clear a neither condition only in true words (issue 1945) ... A bus whose move only the operator's put may make (ADR 0546 §8) got no want and nothing in the outcome: nats on novox, running an old-form build, was on no list while the pass cleared its condition and logged that it had a want again. The bar now names its holding, puts a node without a live want on neither list (its condition needs the operator: assigner_put), and a neither condition is cleared as 'has a want again' only when a live want exists.	2026-10-26 13:55:42 +01:00

jschoubben	16a97ed65d	checker: ask the packages a node left unmet again of a node that has what their tests need, and put a declined ask again (issue 890) ... A check that landed on ace passed with mesh-build-node's integration tests skipped. The build module now leaves such a package unmet; the checker keeps the passes and asks the levels from the first unmet one with the need named, putting the ask again under a new id when a node lacking it declines it. jschoubben	a092ee9ff9	mesh-grants writes the user list sealed to the bus node and names it in user-list.sealed; the switch turns that key; take-over state says switched only once the bus node loaded it (ADR 0547 clauses 7, 8; issue 1945) ... The bus node can only take over a list that exists: each pass composes the accounts block with the vault's hashes, seals it to the key the bus node says in its have, puts it in the part's own object bucket by digest and writes the key with digest, revision, user count, users left out and which list to follow. take-over is refused, naming why, while no list is sealed to the bus node's current key or the loaded list does not grant the bus node its read. Review of fix/1945-takeover-blockers: no responders on the router's record is an error, not 'no record'; an answer whose record cannot be reached is not closed; an ask that failed to publish is taken back at the router; an error acting on an answer is logged. The part composed every membership with no root-free input, so telegram's verified-sender was dropped and the membership held as a shadow difference.
