jschoubben 1266c1ada0 Assigner: placements, proposals, candidates and seat holders are the contract's types and the assigner's own placement package, no longer go/delivery's (D-12; ADR 0634 §1; issue 1966) 
The judge keeps the node's answer as the verdict's body; pointer times of the contract are guarded. One ask test folded into a table to hold the unit count.
