Issue 1281: the indexer and the view take mesh-sdk's corrected IsTrunkBuild (pinned at 58373d65, the same code as the SDK pull request's head). Their fixtures drop the invented state "built" and "failed": a failed build carries failed, as the controller writes it (1281/AC8: a record as the controller writes it gives a fingerprint).

Also: the SDK now escapes odd branch names (issue 1323), so the indexer's TestAnUnusableBranchNameIsUnreadable became TestAnOddBranchNameKeysEscaped.

Group fix/1281-outcome-is-a-build with mesh-sdk. Tried: build-1792450087199369344 pass. After the delivery, the proof is live: mesh-delivery-cli on shanks shows each module's fingerprint against the controller's (1281/AC6).
