jschoubben 2a3ce39590 DLV-C2, DLV-C6 (verdict): the checker says each pull request's verdict on its stream asks, with the out-of-step files its steps named

Design 26 has the indexer learn out-of-step generated files from the check's
verdict event, so it runs no generator; the test step's answer carries them.

mesh-delivery

Novox Mesh — delivery: the parts that build, check and deliver a change by watching and writing keys on the bus (ADR 0429).

Made by the mesh from the gitea module's config value repositories (novox/hq ADR 0428). Main takes no push: a change reaches it by a pull request whose mesh/repo-check (this repository's merge-check.sh) and mesh/merge-gate passed.
