jschoubben 4c4380b94b Builder's integration test pulls asks with mesh-build-go's runner ...

The pulling code leaves mesh-sdk for mesh-build-go's own package (ADR 0593 §1),
so the bed imports it by its published version and tests the builder against
the real runner, not an imitation. The required version is a placeholder at
mesh-catalog 9c57f7af: the group pins the catalogue's head before its push.
