jschoubben 8f6c90adff The reference forms move beside the build key, in builds/forms, and read the registry seat's form through the registry clients' reference package; the builder names the sweep seat from its contract (ADR 0634 §4, S-8; issue 1966) ...

sdk/forms could not import the reference package: the registry client's module requires the delivery sdk (parts).
builds already requires the client and both seats, and both users of forms (builder, assigner) require builds.

buildrecord

mesh-delivery-sdk: module.json with its one package artifact; trunk, buildrecord and forgekey (the builder kind, the clean runner, Said) move in from mesh-sdk (D-6, D-9, ADR 0634 §3, ADR 0635 §4; issue 1966)

buildrun

mesh-delivery-sdk: the runner's stale-step part moves to package buildrun, so buildstep (layouts, keys, codecs) and the builder's published builds package reach no bus; a test each refuses it (B6e finding 5; ADR 0634 §1; issue 1966)

buildstep

Fetch part: the TypeScript module's group package ({name, version} or {repository, commit, ref}), which the checker hands the Node fetch and the part lacked; typed in the three seats and the sdk, a node check ask fixture (B2g gap; ADR 0607 §3, ADR 0500 §5; issue 1966)

heard

mesh-delivery-sdk: a part's findings state is written through the seat mesh-conditions' client (findings.Writer over its bucket), and the family-not-heard finding is encoded by it (ADR 0564 §2, ADR 0635 §4; issue 1966)
