Pin the grants part to the group's mesh-sdk head b2a27ed5, so each engine may read its node's key of the packages mirror (ADR 0565 clause 6, issue 1953)

The node seat's verb packages compares the engine's key with the controller's mirror until the lease write; the grants part composes the engine's read of its own node's mirror key only from this mesh-sdk.

mesh-delivery

Novox Mesh — delivery: the parts that build, check and deliver a change by watching and writing keys on the bus (ADR 0429).

Made by the mesh from the gitea module's config value repositories (novox/hq ADR 0428). Main takes no push: a change reaches it by a pull request whose mesh/repo-check (this repository's merge-check.sh) and mesh/merge-gate passed.
