Pin mesh-sdk 6e4a301, the release's final sdk (issue 774)

The whole integration suite passes at this head against a local bus (JetStream, and a bus with the witness grants) and
the release's mesh-catalog and mesh-controller beside it: 1260 tests, 7 skipped for a container or a throwaway machine.
