Delivery group fix/1126-shadow-bodies with mesh-sdk and mesh-delivery; pins mesh-sdk 362a3f1 exactly.

K2: shanks answered 'fingerprint differs' for xterm, zsh-autosuggestions, zsh-syntax-highlighting and zsh.bundle-tools, although each composed digest equals the digest its have says runs: the 'running' side was the copy of the declaration kept from before the switch. Now, for a module whose have names a digest, what runs is the composition at that digest.

Tests: a row in shanks' shape answered same, failing without. TestNats* pass. Review note kept on 1126: record 'ran' only for a have in running or held.
