Delivery group fix/1126-seed-8 (mesh-sdk, mesh-host). Only go.mod and go.sum change: they pin mesh-sdk f387581, the group's head. The node's shadow composition (internal/selfcompose) then answers placement candidates with seed-8's three fixes (issue 1126 notes 70-71).

Tests: go vet with and without -tags integration, the unit suite, and TestNatsANodeThePlacementNamesComposesAndAppliesItsOwn (-tags integration, 25.8 s) pass locally.
