Delivery 1 of design 47's release (group fix/774-new-words-first). Pin-only: the node-engine reads every indexed manifest when it composes; one refused manifest would freeze every node. Pinned to mesh-sdk 78c9ec8 (main + parse-only commit). No code change; unit and integration suites 1260 pass, 0 fail. No path composes a running or held module as nothing (reviewed).

Pin mesh-sdk 6e4a301 on main's engine, so the controller and the engine read the release's new manifest words before the release uses them (issue 774) db1151c773

form, an artifact's bus, a log's max-age-days) and names the new seats; an offer with no form still means pair. No code
of ours changes. Unit and integration suites pass against a local bus and main's catalogue and controller beside: 1260
tests, 7 skipped for a container or a throwaway machine.
