Empty commit, a group with mesh-sdk #173 on the same branch. mesh-sdk #172 (c861bd8a) and mesh-host #213 (87bdc95a) were merged on the forge and have no gate merge record, so the indexer cannot take in revision m.3402 (13 merges). This merge through the gate covers them; then the forge-made waits m.3420 and m.3422 are dropped with indexer_drop_pending. No content changes.

Undo: nothing to undo (empty).

Record the forge-made merge in the delivery gate, so the indexer takes it in (issue 1966, recovery) ... 71508cc962

mesh-host #213 (87bdc95a) was merged on the forge under recovery-fixes-merge-and-tell and has no gate merge record; the indexer holds its take-in. An empty merge through the gate covers it, and the forge-made wait is dropped (indexer_drop_pending).
