  • 069 — the vault bed installs a synthetic two-secrets consumer (slug two) and asserts two values delivered, two holders in the vault's ledger, and both rotated by one rotate secret. Green.
  • 049 — the confluence bed asks confluence_search through mesh-controller ask and asserts an answer arrived (an error, since the lab has no Confluence — a timeout would read differently). Green.
  • scripts/build-module-runtime.sh installs the module's SDK dependency itself when absent (a package copy, never a link) and no longer hides its compiler's output; the suite's rebuild message says "exit status N, and it said nothing" instead of undefined. Found because the suite now rebuilds stale runtimes (075) and the vault's was stale.

Unit tests 159/159. Companion MRs on multiple-fixes: mesh-controller, hq.

The vault bed installs a consumer that keeps two secrets, and both are delivered and rotated 64c081d025 
Two files with two values, two holders in the vault's ledger — the identity with the
local name after it — and one rotate moves both (novox/hq ADR 0094).
The runtime build installs the module's SDK itself and shows its compiler's output 2f11a29c4d 
A module never built on this workstation had no node_modules, tsc failed on the
first import behind /dev/null, and the suite reported a build that said nothing.
The confluence bed asks a tool through the control plane, and the tool answers 85dc827660 
No account in the mesh but the control plane's may create a reply queue and publish
to a module's request key (novox/hq 04-ISSUES/049, ADR 0095).
