Adds R292 and R298 to replays/register.go. Both are tests in mesh-controller (PR on branch replays/292-298, commit 80f9d26), and each is laid over the commit before its fix.

go run ./cmd/prove --repos <clones> R292 R298:

  • R292 (issue 292): PROVED. It fails on 582f4a0 ("drill" was repaired by hand 2 times in 14 days) and passes on 863ebd4.
  • R298 (issue 298): PROVED. It fails on e550c95 ("says it serves checks, which that seat's protocol does not promise") and passes on f6aea4b.

Merge after the controller PR. On this laptop the local merge-check.sh failed two TypeScript container-runtime tests ("listing instances/networks fails rather than reporting none"). This change does not touch them, and the build seat's verdict is the one that counts.
