Registers the replay for novox/hq issue 294 (a quoted value cannot hold a quote), fixed by mesh-controller #205 (merge 690b75f), so the issue can resolve with replay: R294 (ADR 0237).

The replay is TestAQuotedValueCanHoldAQuote in the controller's cmd/mesh-controller/seatverbs_test.go. It is laid over the fix's first parent and run there, in the same way as R368.

Proved locally with go run ./cmd/prove --repos <clones> R294:

R294 (issue 294): PROVED — before its fix fails, on its fix passes
  before: seatverbs_test.go:441: the refusal does not say "character 57": command has an unclosed " quote

replays/merge-check.sh passes, including TestEveryReplayIsWhole.

Independent review (a separate reviewer agent), approved at head 8c78bcf.

  1. The entry is whole and has the shape of R368.
  2. 690b75f is the merge of mesh-controller #205 on main: first parent 798738c, second d52de21. TestAQuotedValueCanHoldAQuote is in cmd/mesh-controller/seatverbs_test.go there, and Asserts matches what the test checks.
  3. No glossary word is misused.
  4. No secret is added.
