Delivery group feat/r4g-finish (design 47, milestone R4g+R5, its finish): hq, mesh-sdk, mesh-controller, mesh-delivery, mesh-catalog, mesh-media-catalog, mesh-host. One Approve, one delivery plan.

This member: StepAsk.Compose and the composer's step contract (ADR 0482 §3-§5, issues 1621, 1622, 1623); beside.go comment (1295); reads-outside markers (1935). Main merged in (#76). After the group checks: sdkversion.FromBuildInfo names the reader's pinned SDK version (ADR 0482 clause 5); the composer reads a change's manifests as the indexer does unless given the catalogue's predefined list, and mesh-compose -catalogue judges against predefined.json (ADR 0348 §7). Try try-1792846671601294818 passed.

Name the pinned mesh-sdk version when an SDK command is built from a reader's tree, not a bare (devel): the compose job builds mesh-compose there and its verdict must name the reader's SDK (ADR 0482 clause 5) 19c1d35939

Read a manifest's fallback to a predefined key in the composer as the indexer reads it, or against the list a request or -catalogue gives: a run never holds the catalogue's predefined.json, and the composition refused pacman and xterm for it (ADR 0348 §7) bfc3883af9
