Delivery 1 of design 47's release (a delivery group, branch fix/774-new-words-first in mesh-sdk, mesh-delivery, mesh-catalog, mesh-host, mesh-control).

The running assigner, indexer, checker, builder, grants part, build modules, node-engine and controller parse manifests with older mesh-sdk heads that refuse the release's new words (provides[].credential.form, logs[].max-age-days, build.artifacts[].bus) and new seats. This one commit on main makes the parser accept them and know the seats by name, with no change of meaning: an offer with no form still means pair; nothing reads max-age-days or bus; no grant or composition changes. Main's 144 catalog manifests parse byte-equal before and after; all 157 release manifests parse.

Quick fix vs thorough: quick = this parse-only step; thorough = the release itself (delivery 2), which brings the meanings with the catalog that states every form. A new manifest word ships one release ahead.
