Design 47, release 1-2, cut D1 (release 2 of ADR 0429, ADR 0433 §2 and §3, accepted 2026-10-18): the watchman writes what stopped moving and the controller's self-check raises it, so the layout lives in the SDK (ADR 0429 §2).

go/delivery: WatchmanModule ("mesh-delivery-watchman"), StuckBucket ("mesh-delivery-watchman_stuck"), StuckKey/ParseStuckKey (<bucket>.<key>, formed and refused as a pulse key), and the versioned value Stuck {bucket, key, waited, since, moved} with encode, decode (ErrUnknownVersion on an unknown version) and same. PresenceBucket and PulseBucket keep their exact strings, now built from WatchmanModule.

It ships alone, before cut D2 (the controller and the watchman) pins it. Tests 1153/AC1-AC4. Try build-1792347121901227971 passed in 1 min.

Transitions

  • 2026-10-18 18:36 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/mesh-sdk#34's head announced
  • 2026-10-18 18:40 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-18 18:40 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-18 21:45 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
  • 2026-10-18 21:45 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
  • 2026-10-18 22:06 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says

The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
