Give the SDK's Go check an integration level and vendored dependencies, before a test needs them (issue 1175) #35

Fixes hq issue 1175 (ADR 0436, feature mail-sender, release 0).

The SDK's Go check ran only gofmt, vet and the untagged suite, so the SDK could carry no test against a real bus. go/merge-check.sh now, on the controller's pattern: GOFLAGS=-mod=vendor GOPROXY=off (nothing fetched); gofmt over the binding's own files only, never go/vendor; vet with and without the tag integration; the unit level untagged, timed and held to a 2 s bound that names the slowest tests when over; then the integration level with -tags integration, saying its count and time. The root merge-check.sh calls go/merge-check.sh.

The script ships alone and first (hq playbook 07 step 3 item 3): main's script judges this change, and its gofmt over the whole folder refuses vendored files that are not gofmt-clean. The vendored nats.go v1.54.0 and nats-server v2.11.17, the go line 1.26.0 and go/internal/testbus come with issue 1171, whose check is the first run under this script.

Try: build-1792368031310111893 passed (1m4s).

  • 2026-10-19 00:05 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-19 00:05 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-19 00:06 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
  • 2026-10-19 00:06 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
  • 2026-10-19 00:26 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says

The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
