Issue 1279, decided by ADR 0443 (clause 5).

Delivery group on branch fix/1279-consumers-from-now: mesh-sdk first (this pull request), then mesh-controller, then mesh-delivery (which pins this head).

What changes: go/delivery gains the FORGE kind open (event forge.open, no repository; body open: repository and number of every open pull request into trunk), encoded and decoded with the other kinds; OpenEvent, OpenPull; an open message carries nothing of the other kinds.

  • 1279/AC5 (unit, go/delivery): TestForgeOpenKind and TestSourceValuesRoundTrip (sampleForges now holds an open message), TestSourceKeys unchanged.

Transitions

  • 2026-10-19 19:57 (new) → proposed (announced): novox/mesh-sdk#42's head announced
  • 2026-10-19 20:00 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-19 20:00 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-19 20:15 ready → proposed (trunk moved): out of date: judged against trunk 91763dd70e, the trunk is now 2db8ef5079f5; judged again on a recheck or when it is merged
  • 2026-10-19 20:21 proposed → checked (checked): a verdict names this commit and the trunk's head as its trunk commit
  • 2026-10-19 20:21 checked → ready (accepted): the gate passed or warned, and the repository's own check did not fail
  • 2026-10-19 20:45 ready → published (merged): on the trunk its modules follow: merged there, and its walk opened — or nothing for a walk to move
  • 2026-10-19 20:45 published → delivering (go): its walk started: let go by this owner in its group's order, by a person, or on the controller's own path — not a failed walk that carried a later commit for it, after which it waits for a walk of its own commit
  • 2026-10-19 20:58 delivering → delivered (done): its walk is done, carrying its own commit: every machine of its deploy plan passed, or was left as its policy says

The commit's note under refs/notes/mesh-plan keeps every transition: git log --notes=mesh-plan.
