Design 47's catch-up of merges nobody heard is decided by ADR 0457 and bounded by ADR 0463, so other sessions read them from its frontmatter. Research 066's confirmed direction becomes ADR 0458 to 0462. The design names the parts and the releases; its other sections hold until each release is delivered and are rewritten as each is prepared (issue 1130).
