The live rows: node-build-agent held on all four machines, the first build taken by a workstation's agent at 2026-10-03 09:35 UTC, builder retired (mesh-catalog #236). Design 18's "Where a build runs" names the five gaps the switch found — issues 206, 207, 208, the identifier/slug rule, and the empty-fetch loop fixed the same day (mesh-controller #234). Checks pass.
