Feature 57's hq part, one commit, synced with main at 08d6476 (playbooks 01, 02, 04). Local head fc04be7 (tree 8693e33c = pushed 6be8f6ea). Reviewed at 7ddceb4 (feature reviews, /home/nox/release57/reviews); the sync is a clean merge of main. hq's merge-check.sh passed locally. Member of delivery group 57-config-and-provisioning with mesh-sdk #28, mesh-host #114, mesh-controller #346 (merged) and the coming mesh-catalog PR.
