The last three modules, mesh-catalog, mongodb and mssql, moved after the builder learned to install a bundle's own npm dependencies (mesh-controller#255, mesh-catalog#250, #252). No module's own code runs in a container any more, and every module with tools answers from its node's runtime. Checks records, cycle and index pass.
