The operator accepted them on 2026-10-10. The runtime seat and the default
half of declared settings are live; the rest is tracked by issue 398. To-be 42
cited them only as waiting, so it now names them.
From the independent review: a core delivery could wait on a leaf judgement past
its ten minutes, the window figure's split was not stated beside it, and the
one-repository rule was credited to the wrong issue.
The operator asked that a bug fix land on every node in under five minutes. 51
walks measured from the controller's own records put a leaf walk at a median of
6.0 minutes (7 of 20 within five) and say where the time goes: waiting behind
another walk, the first-node judgement, the merge window. The record weighs each
lever by what it would have saved, keeps three readings for core modules (ten
minutes, the measured worst being 8.8), and proposes the measure and condition
that check it. To-be 47 gains the section, the owners and five slices; the
glossary gains delivery time, delivery budget, core and leaf module.
The record is read-only and hand-written; numbers collide and private knowledge
has no home. Framed as questions, weighing git as the store against a store
with hq as its public export.
Every controller change walks the core's tier and holds up every other walk
(issue 382), while most of the week's change sat in one package. Framed as
questions: which domain changes most and needs the core least.
The operator approved measuring, from the delivery's own events, whether each fix
an issue names reached the machines; delivered is not resolved, and a merged fix
that does not arrive must be said rather than found.
The import of slice 3 (ADR 0275) was checked against every folder: no report changed since the
commit it read, and the tracker holds each report's status, owner, fix, design amendment, replay
and closing day. The keys are removed from all 361 reports, cycle.py refuses them in any report,
and the playbooks, skills and READMEs that still pointed at them name the tracker instead.
The operator asked for severity and what an issue needs to be estimated by the
judgement that already reads the backlog, and for dependencies between issues,
an issue being workable only once what it waits for is on the machines.
Review found the two questions together exceed the consumer's ack wait, which the
tool runner did not extend; the record says so and names the fix it waits on.
The operator asked for duplicates to be consolidated, and better, when an issue is
opened rather than on a schedule. A judgement needs a model, and the mesh had no
channel for one; the agent module answers one question with no tools, under the
node's licence, and the tracker acts only on a clear duplicate, closing the newer
issue and keeping its report on the older one.
The operator does not want to run manual commands on the control node. Issue 339 made every trusted
setting the terminal's alone, and a module's own secret the terminal's or the give verb's: each a line
an agent could only hand the operator to type. ADR 0274's pattern is extended: an agent proposes, the
operator approves on a channel that proves who answered, the controller sets the layer on the warrant
bound to the exact values shown. A secret is asked for by a verb and typed at the desk, bounded, the
prompt naming who asked. The designs 44, 52, 46 and 13, issue 339, ADR 0259 and 0266 and the glossary
are amended with dated notes.
Issue numbers collided while each author read main and the open pull
requests; since 2026-10-10 the tracker (ADR 0275) hands them out. The
playbook and the hq-new-issue skill now open every issue there, keep a
folder only for a design or governance issue, and say where its status
lives until slice 3. Research 042's finding that the SDK had no
compare-and-set is corrected, and to-be 53 names the module's code.
The operator named the module on 2026-10-10: the mesh's own parts carry the
mesh- prefix, and the seat is the role. A dated insight in ADR 0275 says so,
and that compare-and-set state was already in the runtime (ADR 0259): slice 1
added the SDK's Increment. To-be 53 and the glossary say the same, and the
design is handed to mesh-catalog and mesh-sdk (in progress).
Two catalogue merges 18 s apart opened two walks; the second superseded the
first and nothing gave it its word for 58 minutes (issue 362). The operator
decided that merges are collected in a rolling merge window (90 s, at most
10 min) and each batch is walked once, one commit per repository (the later
one of a repository, which contains the earlier), one walk at a time; the
walk-to-delivery bookkeeping is repaired too and every wait has a condition.
Amends to-be 47 and 10, adds merge window and batch to the glossary, and
corrects the issue's account of the S16 condition.
Numbers taken by reading a repository many branches write at once collide;
one counter in a module of the mesh's own, advanced by compare-and-set,
ends that at the source. The operator delegated the five open questions
on 2026-10-10; each is decided as the research recommended. The glossary
gains the issue tracker, retires "ticketing system" and lists ticket as a
homonym, since ADR 0258 already uses it for an answer's one-time token.
The operator asked for mesh tools to add shared instructions and context. Issue 340 made that text the
terminal's until a surface of the operator's own exists; the operator channel is that surface. Proposed,
for the operator to accept.
