jochen 9483caae2d Design 36: the waits mirror is the module's own entry in the agent's home; the hook tools refuse mesh and node scope
Review of the hooks paragraph: the mirror in the agent's home was not in the home's table, so the home look would count it as drift.

Delivered in mesh-catalog#420 on 2026-10-21; the design said the guard was the plugin's only hook.

jochen 4f8c469329 Playbooks 07 and 08: the session that opens an issue along the way fixes it
The operator, 2026-10-21: issues opened along the way were only listed and left. Small ones are fixed in between as small fixes, the rest right after the delivery, outside the running milestone's branch, so its fixed scope holds.

The review of hq#453 after its merge found the design calling ADR 0481 proposed, and the operator's rule (the page uses the bus and makes no OkiOki call, 2026-10-21) only implied. A document crosses the bus in parts, as scanner.document does.

The operator asked for a page showing the business's income, expenses and to-do as the
bookkeeping service holds them now, on their own hardware: okioki moves whole to the home
server and okioki-web runs beside it, behind Keycloak, never changing what the accountant did.
