Design 47's catch-up of merges nobody heard is decided by ADR 0457 and bounded by ADR 0463, so other sessions read them from its frontmatter. Research 066's confirmed direction becomes ADR 0458 to 0462. The check took 3 to 4.5 minutes on every change and paid the whole suite again on every re-ask; the operator's target leaves it about a minute.
